Kanu Skincare accepts unopened/unused products purchased through www.kanuskincare.com within 14 days from the purchase date. 

Contact info@kanuskincare.com regarding your refund request; your email will receive a response within 1 business day. 

Shipping Policy

Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Once shipped, your order should arrive between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. 

We ship locally in France as well as internationally.

Shipping costs:

• France - 8 Euros
• International Standard - 18 Euros
• International Express - 25 Euros
